Customer buys a vehicle on finance ...ajm fraudulently doctor the mileage on the vehicle and propose a finance agreement against fca rules. Customer returns van and cancels finance agreement ....fraudulent dealer selling clocked vehicles. Buyer beware reported to the fca and trading standards and clocked vehicle platforms...and then the dealership cannot pay back finance company!!
